VISUAL EFFECTS & MINIATURES
I am a professional compositor for visual effects, originally from Scotland and now based in London.

With a background in practical modelmaking and ‘in-camera’ effects, I have a solid understanding of photography and traditional visual effects principles that guide me in making successful digital composites. Whilst working on the visual effects for ‘Turning Tide,’ a short World War Two film that I produced, I discovered compositing is not only my favourite part of the process, but well suited to my skills and strengths. Hard working and passionate, with a keen eye for detail, I am excited to build on my skills and take on new challenges in compositing.

My experience includes supervising the miniature effects for Jamie Stone's Bafta nominated Sci-Fi Orbit Ever After, and working on several projects for Leigh Took at 'Mattes and Miniatures', including George Clooney's WW2 feature The Monuments Men.
If you have any questions about my work – past, present or future – or even to chat about visual effects in general, please do get in touch! I'd love to hear from you.
